Bollywood diva Malaika Arora always remains in the headlines. She remains famous because of her dance. She also hosts many reality shows. Recently Malaika had impressed everyone with her dance number. He had an item number in the film Thaama in which he danced with Rashmika Mandanna. She was trolled for doing an item song at the age of 52. Now Malaika has responded to the trolls.
Malaika has now talked about this in a show. While talking on The Namrata Zakaria Show, she said that at this stage of her life, she feels powerful while doing item numbers.
Gave a befitting reply to trolls
Malaika said that she does not see any problem in adopting this image of hers and said- ‘Why not? Why do I need to tone it down or apologize for it? I mean, you get trolled for things and a lot of people say different things – but I don’t see what the big deal is. Dance is an expression which is enjoyed in its true form and with full glory. I really consider myself lucky that I am able to do all this at the age of 50. I must have done something right.
Malaika further said- ‘This is very, very empowering. This makes me feel very good. As I have said before, if women outside take this as an example or consider it as something that empowers them. Something that makes them feel good would be a great thing.
