A case is going on regarding the property of Karisma Kapoor’s ex-husband Sanjay Kapoor. Karisma Kapoor’s daughter Samaira Kapoor has told the Delhi High Court that she is studying in an American University and her two months’ fees have not been deposited. Priya Kapoor has denied this allegation of Adara. The court, after hearing such arguments, has said that it does not want the proceedings to become melodramatic.
On November 14, the High Court heard the arguments on the interim restraining application of both the children of Karisma Kapoor. In which a demand was made to stop Priya Kapoor from selling Sanjay Kapoor’s assets. Senior advocate Mahesh Jethmalani, appearing for Karishma’s children, claimed that Samaira was studying in an American university and her fees for two months were outstanding.

The lawyer of Karisma Kapoor’s children said- The property of the children is with the defendant number 1 (Priya Kapoor), hence it is their responsibility. Daughter studying in US has not received fees for two months. He further said that under the marriage order, Sanjay had to bear the education and living expenses of the children. The judge said- I do not want to spend more than 30 seconds on this. This question should not come in my court again. I don’t want this hearing to become melodramatic. This case will now be heard on November 19.
Let us tell you that Karisma Kapoor’s ex-husband Sanjay Kapoor died on June 12 in London due to a heart attack. Sanjay was swallowed by a bee while playing polo. After which he had a heart attack. After Sanjay’s death, his children Samaira and Kiaan filed a petition against Priya Kapoor. In which it is said that he has committed fraud with Will.
