BRS accused the Congress of violence, saying, “Congress is pressure and oppression. He said, “60 lakh workers of the BRS family are standing by Manuguru. Congress goons need not fear; their arrogance will not last long.”

The office of Congress till July 2020

The issue came to light in July 2020 when the former office of the Congress party was converted into the BRS office. At that time Congress MLA Rega Kanta Rao joined BRS and thereafter the office became BRS. CLP leader Bhatti Wickremarka protested in Manuguru on this issue in 2020. He said that according to municipal records, the building is a Congress property, which has been illegally occupied by the BRS.

Congress complete majority in 2023 elections
