Actor Anupam Kher had gone on a trip to Switzerland for several days. During this time, he was giving updates through social media by sharing pictures and videos of the beautiful valleys and views there. Meanwhile, the actor told on Tuesday that he is returning to India.
Anupam Kher posted a video on Instagram, in which he is seen in the snow-covered valleys of the famous Jungfrau peak of Switzerland. Posting the video, the actor wrote in the caption – ‘I am on my way to return to my beautiful country India. In the next few days I will share the rest of the photos and videos from my trip to Switzerland.
‘Shooting songs wearing chiffon saree…’
Anupam Kher further wrote- ‘This video has been made on the snowy peak of Jungfrau. It is said that this is the highest peak in Europe. Seriously, salute to all those Indian actresses who shot songs here wearing only chiffon sarees in minus 7 degree temperature. This is real dedication. I was finding it difficult to stand there even wearing five layers of clothes. Be victorious!’

Jungfrau is a famous snowy mountain in Switzerland. Its height is about 4,158 meters and it is called ‘Top of Europe’. Nearby is the Jungfraujoch railway station, which is part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This area’s snow-clad glaciers, traditional mountain villages, Sphinx Observatory and picturesque scenery make it a favorite spot for tourists. Scenes of many Bollywood songs like ‘Chandni’ and ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’ have been shot in this area. Jungfrau became quite famous due to the film ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’. Some scenes of the film were shot in Interlaken and Jungfraujoch in Victoria.
