Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana and Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s film ‘Thama’ has been released. The audience is liking this film a lot. It has earned Rs 100 crore till now all over the world. Nawazuddin is playing the role of villain in the film.
Ayushmann and Nawazuddin spoke to IANS on the success of the film. During this, Nawazuddin shared an incident from the shooting of ‘Thama’. He told how once Ayushmann had to apologize to him.
Ayushmann talked about the film
When asked how was their experience shooting for the film, Ayushmann Khurrana first told IANS, “Our film is actually light-hearted. Yes, it has the emotional weight of a love story, but it is full of comedy, action and uniqueness. Especially Nawaz Bhai’s character.
Our environment behind the camera was very comfortable and friendly. It was my first time working with him, and I was eager to understand his process and his journey. When you work with a co-star like him, it enhances your acting. There is a natural spontaneity, and this brings out the best in the scenes.”
Ayushmann apologized
After this, Nawazuddin laughed and said, “My experience was very bad! Only because he punched me once and broke my denture. But he apologized for it several times. He even sent flowers to my house. Perhaps Ayushmann would not have sent so many flowers to his wife.” After this Ayushmann said, “Yes, it is true. I apologized a thousand times.”
Earning more than Rs 25 crore on the first day
Let us tell you that ‘Thama’ had earned more than Rs 25 crore on the very first day. It stars Rashmika Mandanna and Ayushmann Khurrana. It has been directed by Aditya Sarpotdar. This film is made under the banner of Maddock Films and is the fifth film in their horror universe. Earlier, Maddock Films has produced ‘Stree’, ‘Stree-2’, ‘Bhediya’, and ‘Munjya’.
‘Thama’ was released on 21 October. Varun Dhawan also has a cameo in this film. In this he has appeared in the role of his film ‘Bhediya’.
