‘Bahubali The Epic’ broke the records of those 6 films which earned huge amount after re-release.

‘Baahubali The Epic’ was released in theaters on 31 October. The film has made huge collection in its account on the opening day itself. Along with this, it has also left the collections of all the re-released films miles behind. According to Sacknilk, the film has deposited Rs 9.25 crore in its account by 10:25 pm on the first day. Prabhas’s film has broken the record of Pawan Kalyan’s film ‘Gabbar Singh’. The film was released for the first time in 2012. When the film was re-released in 2024, it earned Rs 5.08 crore on the opening day. And it became the re-release film with the biggest opening. Which is now behind.

Talking about the next film, it is Thalapathy Vijay’s ‘Gilli’. This film was released in 2004. In 2024, the film was re-released in theaters in 4k HD quality, when the film collected Rs 4.87 crore in its account on the opening day.
