Shehnaaz Gill told Mashable India how she reduced her weight from 67 kg to 55 kg. He also talked about the rumors of taking Ozempic injection and others. Shehnaaz said, “I don’t diet. Many people told me that I must have taken injections to lose weight. I don’t even know what that is. I didn’t care because I knew how I lost weight.”

Revealing the secret of her weight loss, Shehnaaz said that she lost her weight naturally through Satvik food. Their satvik food especially includes nutritious food. Despite suffering from thyroid problems, the actress controlled her food intake to maintain her physique. At the same time, he also stressed the importance of balanced diet and exercise.
Shehnaaz said, “My weight was 67 kg, now it is 55 kg. Sometimes my weight would go down to 52 kg. I remained on Satvik diet for a year. I ate food without garlic and onion. At that time I was following the Brahma Kumaris. I controlled myself a lot and kept losing weight.”
The Bigg Boss 13 fame further said, “I do some exercise to control my weight and control my eating habits. I eat whatever I get but I balance it by giving up the rest of the food,”
Shehnaaz’s transformation journey started in lockdown
This is not the first time that Shehnaaz has talked about her weight loss journey. Earlier, in a 2022 conversation with actress Shilpa Shetty, he had told how the lockdown changed him. She had said, “After Bigg Boss, when the lockdown started, I thought, why not do something new? So that when people see me, they say, ‘Is this Shehnaaz? Where has the fat Shehnaaz gone?’
However, Shehnaz refused to give up her favorite Indian breakfast. Instead, she made some changes, saying, “I start my morning with turmeric water and recently added apple cider vinegar to it. I eat a high-protein breakfast, tea, dosa, methi paratha and moong, but I control my portions.”
