Palak Muchhal along with her brother Palash runs a heart foundation, named Palak Palash Charitable Foundation. Through this foundation, Singer has so far done heart surgery for more than 3 thousand 8 hundred children and many more surgeries are still in the waiting list.

Earlier, he had also shared the video and appealed to the people to donate as much as possible. He had asked people to donate Rs 100 as per their capacity.

In the year 2013, Palak collected more than Rs 2.5 crore and within a year, got heart surgeries done for 572 children. Because of his social welfare work, his name is recorded in the Guinness Book of World Records and Limca Book of World Records.

The feeling of helping poor children came to Palak’s mind when she saw poor children cleaning train coaches. On this day Palak decided that she would do something for the poor children.
