A clove of garlic is eaten on an empty stomach

She adds, “I chew a clove of garlic on an empty stomach and chew it for as long as possible, so that the allicin in it is activated. Then I swallow it with water. If you can’t bite, crushing the clove and holding it for 10 minutes works.” Soha also gave an important note in this post. “It’s not for everyone. If you’re on blood thinners, have a sensitive stomach, or are going to undergo surgery soon, consult a doctor before consuming garlic.” She also gave a remedy for bad breath after eating garlic “Yes, the smell of garlic is real, but so are its benefits! So brush your teeth well after eating and use mouthwash.”
