The World Stroke Organization (World Stroke Organization) started it in 2006 to raise awareness about stroke among people, identify the severity, and tell how much treatment is needed on time. T – Time : Immediately consult a doctor. As this test can easily tell whether a stroke has occurred or not, medical help should be sought immediately.

Precautions & Prevention:

To avoid stroke, some changes in lifestyle should be made. Exercise for 30 minutes daily. Reduce salt, fat and sugar content. Eating more fruits and vegetables is good. Stop smoking and drinking alcohol. Blood pressure, sugar and cholesterol should be controlled. Should be hydrated. Reduce stress.

A stroke often worsens the situation. But timely detection can prevent the problem from worsening. Also can save lives.
