Salim Khan could not pay Salman Khan’s school fees
Salman Khan once told this incident in comedian Kapil Sharma’s show. Actually, when Salman Khan was studying in fourth class and due to some financial constraints at home, his father Salim Khan was not able to pay Salman’s school fees. On just this simple matter, the school principal threw Salman out of the class and punished him to stand under the flag pole.
Salman told that at that time he did not know why he had received this punishment. Meanwhile, his father Salim Sahab passed by, Salman further said that seeing me outside the class, his father asked, ‘What have you done now? To which Salman said, ‘Nothing papa, I don’t know why the principal has punished me for standing here under the flag pole, I have been standing here since morning’.

Salman told that after this, Salim Sahab went to the principal to ask the reason for the punishment and he came to know about the non-payment of fees. On which Salim Sahab told the principal, ‘I pay the fees, not Salman, you should make him sit in the class. I am going through some financial crunch at the moment, I will definitely pay the fees but if you have to punish someone now, then give it to me. Salman tells that after saying this, Salim Sahab himself stood under the flag pole.
