The ruling alliance NDA has released its manifesto for Bihar Assembly Elections 2025. This manifesto has been awaited for a long time, in which the NDA has made many big promises to the people.
Through the manifesto, the BJP, JDU and other allies have promised to provide more than one crore government jobs and employment in Bihar if they form the government again. It has promised to do skill census and provide skill based employment. It has been revealed that ‘Mega Skill Centers’ will be set up in every district. NDA plans to establish Bihar as a ‘Mega Skilling Centre’.
Besides, as per the NDA manifesto, the Chief Minister has promised financial assistance of up to two lakh rupees to women through the Women’s Employment Scheme. Besides this, it is also proposed to convert crores of women into Laksapati didis.
Establishment of Medicity in Bihar
In the NDA manifesto it is stated that medical college and world class medicare will be built in every approved district of Bihar. He said that Bihar will become a state where people will no longer have to go out for treatment and others will come here and provide treatment to them.
50 lakh pukka houses in Bihar
In the NDA manifesto, it has been written that 50 lakh pucca houses, free ration, 125 units of free electricity, free medical care up to 5 lakh and social security pension will be provided.
4 new airports in Bihar
International Airports at Patna, Darbhanga, Purnia, Bhagalpur in Bihar’s NDA alliance memorandum. They promised to provide modern facilities like metro. This will increase the connectivity of districts in the state and increase investments. Along with this, employment will also increase.
What has been given to the most disadvantaged groups?
The NDA manifesto promised assistance of Rs 10 lakh to various professional groups belonging to the most disadvantaged sections. A high-level committee headed by a retired judge of the Supreme Court will be constituted which will assess the social and economic status of various castes in the most backward communities and suggest to the government to take equitable measures for the empowerment of these castes.
Will all the Bihar farmers get Rs 9,000 per year?
As per NDA announcement for farmers of Bihar, Karpuri Thakur Kisan Samman Fund will be started and every farmer will get benefit of Rs 3 thousand per year and total benefit of Rs 9 thousand in addition to PM Kisan Yojana given by the Centre.
Promise to buy the crop at MSP
One lakh crore rupees will be invested in agricultural infrastructure. At panchayat level all major crops like paddy, wheat, pulses, maize are procured on MSP.
500 rupees will be provided to each fisherman. Bihar Fisheries Mission doubles production and exports. Bihar Milk Mission will be started and cooling and processing centers will be set up at every block level.
7 new Expressways in Bihar
The NDA has promised to modernize 3600 km of railways in Bihar after forming the government. Seven new expressways will be constructed. Amrit Bharat Expressway and Namo Rapid Train services will be expanded. Metro will be launched in 4 new cities.
