Pune: The deal with the Jain Boarding Trust at Kothrud (Pune) in the city has finally been canceled by Gokhale Builders. Vishal Gokhale informed Jain Trust through e-mail about the decision to cancel the land transaction. Gokhale e-mailed the Chairman and Trustee of Jain Boarding Hostel to cancel the transaction. After that, now Vijay Gokhale officially explained his stand to the media as well. Vishal Gokhale on behalf of Gokhale Developers officially informed that we have decided to withdraw from this project out of respect for the sentiments of Jain devotees.
Looking at the events of the last few days, we have taken an important decision regarding the transaction of Seth Hirachand Nemchand Digambar Jain Boarding at Model Colony. The temple here is also revered by us and we respect the sentiments of the Jain brothers towards the respective temple. Therefore, respecting the sentiments of the Jains regarding the building of the said temple and hostel, we have decided to withdraw from this project, informed Vishal Gokhale on behalf of Gokhale Developers officially.
Builder Vijay Gokhale’s retreat
Vishal Gokhale also clarified that we have sent a letter to Seth Hirachand Nemchand Digambar Jain Boarding Trust through email requesting that the legal process to cancel the said transaction of Jain Boarding place should be started. Therefore, the struggle of Jain brothers and Shiv Sena leader and former MLA Ravindra Dhangekar, which has been going on for the last 15 days, is being seen as successful. In this matter, the matter was hot because the name of Union Minister Muralidhar Mohol came up. In it, Ravindra Dhangekar also wrote to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah, demanding the resignation of Muralidhar Mohol. Finally, Gokhale has now backed out of the deal after Mohol backed out in view of mounting pressure.
Transaction cancelled, Ravindra Dhangekar’s first reaction
Ravindra Dhangekar had said that if the Jain boarding transaction is completely canceled in two days, he will pay Jalebi to everyone including Muralidhar Mohol. He also said that I will not say anything about Muralidhar Mohol for the next two days. Eknath Shinde said that the solution will be solved in 2 days, he said that he is happy because it was a speedy and bogus transaction, he also said that it was discussed in the whole country. Now, it has been confirmed that the transaction has been cancelled.
