Amitabh Bachchan praised Shubman Gill
In KBC 17, Amitabh Bachchan asked a question related to Indian cricket to one of his contestants. Big B asked- ‘Who became the captain of the Indian men’s Test cricket team in May 2025? ‘ After this, the contestant said in his answer that he does not watch cricket and that is why he is not aware of the answer to this question. However, using Lifeline, the contestant gave the correct answer and took the name of Shubman Gill. After this, even Big B could not stop himself from praising the cricketer.
‘He has become an inspiration…’
He said- ‘He (Shubhman Gill) is very young and plays very brilliantly. He has become an inspiration. He plays so amazingly that he was made the captain of the team. ‘Now after hearing the praise of Shubman Gill from the great hero of the century, an atmosphere of happiness is being seen among the cricketer’s fans also.
