Madalsa Sharma turned to Bollywood and TV after some experiences in the South Film Industry. She won the hearts of fans with her acting in Anupama and recently was also seen in The Bengal Files. In a conversation with Pinkvilla, he told why he distanced himself from South films and focused on Hindi films.

Madalsa told why she left South’s film industry
When Madalsa was asked why she left South Industry, she revealed that she had some experiences there which were uncomfortable for her. She said, “Some moments were not good for me and I felt that I could not continue on that path.”

When asked which direction she was pointing towards, the Anupama actress said, “Casting couch and all that. I think it’s everywhere.” She further added, “I had a bit of a disappointment in the South. No experience, but one conversation made me uncomfortable. I don’t remember (referring to the conversation), I was 17. It’s been a few years. But, I remember I felt uncomfortable and I just walked out, and I said to myself, let’s go back to Bombay now.”

Do not let ambition take over
The actress said that she is fully aware of her desires and their value. He believes that everyone has a goal, but the ambition should not be so much that it overpowers oneself. Therefore, his decisions are always taken thoughtfully and with clarity.


Madalsa Sharma’s film journey
Madalsa Sharma started her film career in 2009 with the Telugu film Fitting Master. After this, he played important roles in many South films like Shaurya, Aalasyam Amritam, Thambiku Indha Ooru, Mem Vyasukku Vacham, Patheyram Kodi, Dove, Super 2. She also stepped into Bollywood and was seen in Rajshri Productions’ Samrat & Company.
