New Rules: Important rules will change from 1 November 2025. This will directly affect your pocket. This will change the rules of Aadhaar card, bank account, credit card, and gas cylinder. Let’s know the detailed information about the changing rules.

1) Aadhaar Card

The first and most important rule is regarding Aadhaar card. Now if you want to update name, address, date of birth or mobile number, no need to go to Aadhaar Kendra! Everything can be done online. UIDAI will now automatically check your information against government databases like PAN Card, Passport, Ration Card. That means, no more hassle of manually uploading documents. Only if fingerprint or eye scan is required, one has to go to the center. Rest of the work will be done sitting at home!

2) SBI Credit Card Change

If you are using an SBI credit card, this rule can make your pocket a little lighter. Unsecured card will now charge 3.75 percent. Also, if you pay school-college fees through third party apps like CRED, CheQ, Mobikwik, 1 percent extra charge will be charged. But, if you pay directly from the school’s website or at their machine, there is no charge. Also, if you load more than Rs 1,000 into the wallet, you will be charged 1 percent.

3) Change in bank nominee

There has been a major ‘masterstroke’ in the regulation of banks and lockers. Now you can nominate up to four (4) people for bank account, locker and safe custody. Earlier only one person could be nominated. But now you can decide how much share to give to whom.

4 ) About Mutual Funds

If you are investing in the stock market or mutual funds, SEBI has tightened the rules. If senior officers, employees or their relatives of AMC (Asset Management Company) are dealing more than ₹15 lakh, then the company has to give that information to their ‘Senior Officer’ (Compliance Officer). It has only one objective – to bring greater transparency to mutual funds.

5) LPG, CNG, PNG – Price will vary

Just as gas prices change on the 1st of the month, LPG (Gas Cylinder), CNG and PNG prices are also likely to change. November 1 will tell if prices go up or down. So guys, these 5 big rules will be applicable from 1st November. So be careful while using credit card and make bank nomination of 4 people immediately!
