New Delhi : South Africa will visit India after drawing the Test series 1-1 against Pakistan. Both the teams will play 2 Tests, 3 ODIs and 5 T20Is in this tour. The Test series between India and South Africa will start from November 14. The South Africa squad for the Test series has been announced.

This will be Shubman Gill’s second series as India’s captain in the country. Under the leadership of Gill, India won 2-0 against the West Indies. On the other hand, South Africa tied the series 1-1 against Pakistan. Pakistan won the first match of that series and South Africa won the second test.

South Africa was led by Aiden Markram in the Test series against Pakistan. However, now Temba Bavuma has made a comeback. Temba Bavuma will play the series against India as captain. Under Bavuma’s leadership, South Africa defeated Australia in the World Test Championship.
